1. When should I call to schedule a newborn session?

It is best to contact me while you are still pregnant; 3-4 months before your due date is ideal. This will allow me to schedule around your due date and start preparing for your session.

2. What if my baby is already born and I want you to take his/her newborn photos?

No worries, as long as I have room in my schedule to fit you in, I am more than happy to do so.

3. What do I need to bring to the session?

Besides the obvious, diapers, wipes, formula (if needed), you are not required to bring anything. If you wish to have anything specific in your photo shoot such as a guitar, blanket, personal prop, you are more than welcome to bring them to the shoot. However, I will need them 1 month before you deliver so I can properly work them into the session ahead of time.

4. Do I get to pick the photos?

YES! I now give you your first gallery within one week of your session where you will pick your final images and then I will do all of the hand editing to your final pics!

5. When and how will I receive my completed photos?

All sessions take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for full editing after choosing your images. Once they are complete you will receive and email where you can instantly download them to your computer, as well as share the link with family and friends.

Sessions between September-December may be subject to a longer editing time frame.

6. Is it possible to receive my photos sooner than the estimated time frame?

Yes, I am happy to have your entire session complete within 3-5 days of a photoshoot for an additional $100 fee. *subject to restrictions and availability

7. How does the payment plan work?

I require the $100 retainer fee to reserve your session. The day of the photo shoot you will then pay half of the remaining amount and when the photos are done/ready for pickup, the final balance is due. If you would like to work out a different payment plan, be sure to mention it during the consultation and we can work something out. I do not release the images until the session is paid in full.

8. What happens if I lose my images or my computer crashes?

I am happy to resend you the digital images, for an additional fee of $20 within the first year of your session (not all sessions are kept past one year, but it never hurts to ask if it is over the year mark).
